If you would like to find out when your car was made, the original color or who imported the car, that information is available in the BMW archives. To obtain that information, you only need to send them an email with the VIN number of your car. This is only available for the German built cars. Sorry, if your car was made in Britain (for British or Canadian markets) this will not work. The email address is listed below. Copy it into your email and provide them with your VIN number.
